SE TREC LEAGUE 2018... (updated 3rd July 2018)
Full Summer Trec Leagues 2018
These will be maintained for all levels and for individuals and pairs. To be eligible for this you (and your pair) need be a member of SETG and reside in the South East namely Kent, Surrey, Essex, Hampshire, East Sussex, West Sussex, Greater London, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Bucks, Beds and Herts.
Points will be allocated for 1st - 10th places for “TREC GB Affiliated TRECs” and “POR only” competitions and any unaffiliated full TREC competitions run in accordance with TREC GB rules. The top 4 scores count, and where there is an equality of points at the end of the season, the rider/pair who achieves a higher placing at the Championships will take precedence.
Jo Boraston is coordinating the Leagues this year, with thanks to Liz Beddows for all her hard work in keeping the Leagues maintained over the last few years. Jo will try to pick up the points from the results on Trec GB and SE Trec, but if your score is missed, email Jo on email@example.com with full details.
Final winners will receive fabulous prizes & rosettes, kindly donated by sponsors, presented at the South East TREC Group Awards dinner which is held in January.
VTH League 2018
If there are sufficient competitions in the area, there will be separate leagues for Versatile Trec competitions. Eligibility is the same as for the main leagues.
Points will be awarded for 1st - 6th placings in all ridden Versatile Trec Horse competitions. The winner of the League will be the horse / rider combination gaining the most points with a maximum of four results being included. In the event of a tie, the combination with the higher average score in the obstacle phase will take priority.
The Beryl Hare Memorial Trophy and rosettes to 10th place will be presented at the South East TREC Group Awards dinner which is held in January.
