The SETG committee are very sorry to share with our members the news that our wonderful Membership Secretary, Karen Ransley, has decided to stand down from the role.
Karen has held the post for many years and has seen many changes in the way reporting to TRECGB has been required. She always has all the records in tip top order and can answer questions from the committee promptly and accurately.
Although we will miss her input in this role we are delighted that Karen has agreed to stay on the committee, she carries too much knowledge to loose her completely!
Thank you Karen, I hope you realise how much we appreciate your help, guidance and willingness to share your incredible knowledge of all things TREC.

I am stepping down as Membership Secretary at the next AGM. South East TREC Group is looking for someone to take on the role. You need to be familiar with spreadsheets, Google Forms and would take over the relevant email accounts, along with keeping up to date the distribution lists.
- create/update membership form each year
- monitor form responses and correlate with payments
- update Membership records and email out membership numbers
- update organiser/TREC GB membership lists
- update email distribution lists
- send out membership renewal reminders
- correlate TREC GB nominated club membership numbers
