For event entries we will share relevant information with TREC GB for qualification and league point purposes etc. We will use data provided to contact you with specific event organisational details for those which you have entered.

If you believe that any information that we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
We will hold your personal information for as long as is necessary. We will not retain your personal information if it is no longer required. We will keep membership records indefinitely, in order to administer our membership scheme
- We will keep membership records for up to 2 years after membership has ceased
- We will keep records of events for 2 years, in order to facilitate any insurance claim resulting from the activity & any resulting accident report forms will be held by TREC GB indefinitely.
Who has access to your information
Names, addresses and email contact details can be accessed by the SETG Membership Secretary, Treasurer & League Administrator.
Names and membership numbers only for the current year can be accessed by SETG Membership Secretary, Treasurer & League Administrator & Organisers.
How we store your information
We store your information in a secure, cloud based system with SSL encryption. Access is restricted to the individuals filling the roles as stated above in “Who has access to your information”
